A design consultation must be scheduled with our helpful and friendly design consultants within 1 week of your firm offer.
The timeliness of this consultation is important so that we can ensure that your new home construction process continues according to schedule.
Appointments are available Monday to Friday between 9am-3:30pm.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING THE DESIGN CONSULTATION
During this meeting we take the opportunity to review your construction plans with you and ensure that everything you requested as part of your OREA Agreement of Purchase and Sale has made its way onto the plans.
Along with your design consultant you will choose color and material details for each section of your home; room by room. Along the way, our design consultant will help you assess which upgrade options are right for you.
Your upgrade selections are designed to enhance the functionality, comfort and value of your new home!
