When do my light fixtures get installed?
You should purchase your light fixtures as soon as possible and have them ready for delivery.  Expect to be contacted within 3 weeks of your closing date to confirm a date for delivery.  When possible, a tentative date will be given prior to the 3 week mark.

When does my Pre-Delivery-Inspection take place?
Before you receive the keys to your new home, you will have the opportunity to walk through and inspect the home with our service manager.  Expect to be contacted by our service manager to schedule a PDI appointment within 2 weeks of your closing date (or earlier if the situation allows). *See our New Home Owner Information Package for additional details.

Am I prepared for my Design Consultation?

Can I make changes after my Design Consultation appointment?
No. To ensure that your new home is built to your specifications and built to the best of our ability, all color/material selections and upgrades made during your design consultation are final.  If the schedule still allows for a change, an administration fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the change requested. The possibility of a new closing date may also ensue. 

Can I pick the location of my phone and cable outlets?
Yes.  During your selection meeting you will have the opportunity to specify the location of 5 phone jacks and 2 cable outlets.  Additional phone jacks and cable outlets are available at request.

Do I have to contact my cable and/or phone service provider for activation?
Yes.  We will complete all interior wiring of your phone and cable lines for you.  Cover plates and activation are the purchaser’s responsibility.  You should contact your cable and/or phone service providers to complete exterior wiring and connection to their specific services. 

When does my lawn receive sod?
Houses occupied before March 31 will receive sod by July 31 of that year or earlier.

How soon can I install a pool?
So that we can comply with City requirements; grading, top soil and sod on your lot must be completed and Grading certificates must be obtained before any private excavations such as a pool, fence or gardening can take place.

When does my house receive parging?
Parging is a seasonal item.  It will take place anytime between the months of May to September.
