Plus, you can rest assured knowing your new home has a 7 year warranty held with the Tarion Warranty Corporation. You will receive a Tarion New Home Warranty Guide during your Pre-Delivery Inspection. The Guide contains important information including the 30 Day, Year End and Second Year form.
